University degree in HR, Law, Administration, Economics, or related field., 5–7+ years of experience in HR administration / HR operations, with independent ownership of employee lifecycle processes., Strong practical knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, payroll coordination, and GDPR., Advanced experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, and Excel., Hands-on experience working with HRIS, time & attendance systems, and external payroll providers., Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and act as a trusted operational expert., Fluent Polish and very good English (professional working level)., Experience in working with the Optima HR and payroll system
