The foundation is an English-first content engine, translated using AI and human-reviewed for multilingual rollout.What You’ll Do Own international SEO strategy across technical SEO, content, and authority Run keyword & intent research across markets (multilingual) Define SEO KPIs tied to qualified pipeline Lead technical SEO audits (crawl, indexation, CWV, schema) Build international SEO foundations (architecture, hreflang, canonicals) Build and manage the SEO content system (clusters, briefs, optimisation, refreshes) Ship fixes with outsourced developers Partner with content, CRM, and performance marketing teams What You Bring 5+ years SEO experience with proven results Proven international / multilingual SEO experience Strong English writing & editorial judgement (C1 or equivalent) Tools: GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Looker Studio (We use SEMrush, HubSpot, and GSC) Ability to link SEO work to commercial impact Nice to Have Experience with AI search / generative results Experience in lean teams with outsourced development HubSpot experience Compensation & Benefits EUR 34,000–51,000 annual base salary 12–18% performance bonus (KPI-based) One-way flight to Malta covered Relocation support during onboarding How to Apply Please send: (All documents must be in English) CV 3 links to English content you authored 1 content repurposing example (article → email/social/script) Optional: SEO performance metrics (e.g. Search Console screenshots) Hiring ProcessScreening call → Deep-dive interview + case → SEO audit & 90-day plan (time-boxed) → Final interview
