The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience, particularly in the banking sector, and possess strong SQL and programming skills for data manipulation.Main ResponsibilitiesThe Senior IT Analyst will play a critical role in sourcing, harmonizing, and optimizing data layers for our marketing automation platform. Identify and resolve potential data issues independently. Ensure data integrity and quality for marketing operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes. Implement ETL processes to effectively manage data flows. Support data queries and analyses using SQL. Key Requirements Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an IT analyst, preferably in banking. Strong SQL skills for database querying. Proficient in Python or other programming languages for data manipulation. Knowledge of descriptive statistics and data analysis. Experience with ETL processes. Communication skills in English and Polish. Nice to Have Familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem. Experience working with Agile methodologies.
