You will join a cross-functional tribe tasked with crafting secure, high-performance solutions that streamline customer journeys, integrate legacy and cloud platforms, and accelerate time-to-market for new financial products. The project spans end-to-end analysis, microservice design, and agile delivery, giving you direct influence over architecture decisions, product features, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems.Your main responsibilities:Design innovative banking processes for digital and branch channelsGather and analyse business requirements with multiple bank departmentsCreate functional and system solution concepts including UI mock-ups and business rule modelsDefine and oversee system integration across modules using SOA and RESTAddress security and performance considerations for enterprise-grade platformsSupport acceptance testing and coordinate production deploymentsMaintain and enhance delivered solutions and system architecture through in-house developmentOperate within agile frameworks such as SCRUM and Agile PMYou're ideal for this role if you have:Minimum five years’ experience as a System Analyst or Product Owner in IT projects, preferably in financeProven ability to analyse client needs and translate them into functional requirementsProficiency with SOA, Web Services, REST and tools such as SOAP UI or PostmanSkill in designing microservice architectures and documenting APIs with Swagger / YAMLExpertise in modelling IT systems using UML and BPMNExperience coordinating work between interdependent teamsStrong organisational skills enabling effective task planning in complex projectsProficiency with at least one CASE tool, ideally Enterprise ArchitectGood knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validationConfident command of spoken and written EnglishNice to have:Practical knowledge of user story mapping and event stormingFamiliarity with distributed system architectureUnderstanding of modern design patternsAbility to define services with OpenAPIKnowledge of UX/UI principlesProject management certification and its practical applicationWe offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
