Senior IT Business Partner role focused on implementing global IT solutions for HR and Finance. Requires experience in digital transformation and strong stakeholder management skills. Salary 22 000-25 000 PLN gross monthly.
Zakres obowiązków Your responsibilities: Act as a senior IT partner and advisor to HR, Finance, and other business functions, helping translate business needs into scalable, global IT solutions. Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise tools (e.g. HR staffing systems, contract management solutions), from requirements gathering and solution assessment through rollout and adoption. Support HR in the introduction and optimization of staffing tools, with a focus on process automation, reporting, and data consistency (including alignment with billing and finance processes). Collect and structure requirements from multiple departments, challenge local needs when necessary, and propose globally optimal solutions that serve the entire organization. Drive stakeholder alignment and change adoption across regions, demonstrating strong communication skills as well as the confidence to push back and manage resistance to change. Oversee implementations through delivery, working closely with internal IT, external vendors, and business stakeholders. Close the gap between business teams and IT by ensuring shared understanding of processes, priorities, and system capabilities. Contribute to the development of global processes and tools, independent of regions or local preferences. Wymagania What we are looking for: Experience in IT implementations, digital transformation, or enterprise system rollouts within an international organization. Strong understanding of business processes (especially HR and Finance-related), with the ability to assess what can and should be automated. Broad technology awareness (e.g. HR systems, reporting tools like Power BI, SaaS platforms), with a strategic, high-level mindset rather than hands-on technical execution. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, cloud and SaaS environments, system integrations, and data workflows (SAP ByDesign is a plus) Proven ability to gather complex requirements, structure them, and translate them into actionable implementation plans. Excellent stakeholder management skills, combining diplomacy with assertiveness and decision-oriented thinking. Experience working in global environments, across multiple offices and regions. A mindset focused on company-wide outcomes, not departmental optimization. Strong communication skills in English - C1 level is a must. What this role is not: This is not a delivery-only Project Manager role. This role does not have direct budget ownership or final decision-making authority; instead, it recommends solutions to governance bodies and policy councils and drives execution once decisions are made. This role does not manage a dedicated team but operates through influence, coordination, and expertise.
