10+ years of experience in engineering consultancy, technical advisory, or project management., Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in civil engineering, architecture, or Economical experience., Strong understanding of permitting and construction processes in industrial/infrastructure contexts., Experience in the CEE region is a plus., Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools., Fluent English (C1 or upper B2)., Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills., Willingness to travel occasionally for client and site meetings., License as a Professional Engineer or equivalent qualification.
