We are looking for an experienced Senior Linux Engineer to design, operate, and support enterprise Linux systems in a production environment. The role involves system administration, automation, security hardening, and operational support, with close collaboration across infrastructure, security, and application teams.The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on Linux experience, a deep understanding of system reliability and security, and the ability to work effectively in business‑critical environments.Responsibilities: Design, build, operate, and support enterprise Linux platforms in on‑premises and cloud environments (GCP, Azure) Ensure system stability, availability, performance, and security across production and non‑production systems Perform regular patching and hardening of Linux systems and ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices Implement, maintain, and improve automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions Support BAU / Run operations, including incident management, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis Participate in change management, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities Collaborate with security, network, storage, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues Participate in audit and compliance activities, providing required technical documentation and evidence Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, improving reliability and operational efficiency Participate in an on‑call rotation to support critical systems Required skills: Strong hands‑on experience as a Linux System Administrator / Engineer in enterprise environments In‑depth knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g. Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Linux) Understanding of system hardening and security best practices Experience supporting mission‑critical production systems Proficiency in automation and configuration management, such as: Ansible Terraform (or similar IaC tools) Solid scripting skills (e.g. Bash, Python, or similar) Experience with monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively Strong documentation and communication skills Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, Azure) Nice to have: Experience with clustered or high‑availability solutions (e.g. Pacemaker, Corosync) Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Relevant certifications (e.g. RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA, or equivalent) Our offer: Competitive remuneration on B2B contract Option to activate Medicover and Multisport on preferential terms Access to Mindgram – mental health & well-being platform Free gym at Q22 Personal development – internal online / onsite DevTalks Referral bonus program International environment
