Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related fields., Experience; +3 years of experience in international air freight operations or cross-border e-commerce logistics., Language: Proficiency in English, with strong business writing skills., Ability to maintain operational stability under multiple tasks and pressure., Strong planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively and allocate time/resources appropriately., Independent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on workflow and process optimization., Diligent, responsible, and results-oriented mindset., Proficiency in a second European language (French/German) preferred., Experience in WMS/TMS system implementation preferred.
