Wymagania
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred), 7+ years of HRIS experience and 4+ years as Product Owner SAP, Proven track record delivering complex HR technology projects in global or matrixed organizations, Strong understanding of HR functions including learning & development, performance management, recruiting, compensation and compliance requirements, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred, Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP required, Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
