We’re building a single, high-impact Design Team — uniting Product, Marketing, and Video to shape, sharpen, and evolve Surfer’s visual language together. So on a daily basis, you’ll also collaborate closely with our Product Designer and Product & Web Designer to keep Surfer’s visual language sharp, consistent, and evolving in the right direction.We’re a remote-first company, but if you ever crave some in-person energy, we’ve got a cozy office in Wrocław where the magic happens (and coffee never runs out ☕).You will be responsible for: Creating high-quality landing pages and web experiences that match and elevate the visual standard of our current website. This is the most important part of this role, so before applying, review pages like our AI Tracker or Marketing Manager solution page and make sure you can create something that looks and feels similar. Producing marketing and brand assets such as ads, product imagery, data visualizations, illustrations, and occasional slides or event materials. Looking for opportunities to improve visuals, propose ideas, optimize existing assets, and plug into marketing initiatives without waiting for tasks. Bringing a fresh perspective to Product Design, contributing to discussions, and helping elevate design quality across the organization. You may be a good fit for this role if you: Are an all-in-one Visual Designer experienced in branding, web design, and digital assets Have a portfolio that shows strong web, branding, and visual storytelling. Can lead projects independently and enjoy figuring things out without waiting for instructions. Have a very proactive approach — if there are no campaigns to support, you don’t wait for tasks; you find opportunities and act on them with a bigger vision in mind. Are comfortable working in a fast-growing, fast-changing environment. Use AI tools to work faster, prototype, or explore ideas – and you’re curious about what’s next. Communicate clearly, collaborate openly, and bring low ego, high standards. Bonus points for motion design, iconography, or illustration skills.
