Requirements• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in master data management, preferably within SAP environments; knowledge of Material Management or Procurement data is a strong advantage.• Proficiency in SAP and Excel; familiarity with data governance tools and Power BI is a plus.• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and maintain high attention to detail.• Solution-oriented approach to data-related issues and process challenges.• Knowledge of MDM platforms is a plus. • Proactive attitude toward process improvement and supporting best practice development.• Strong communication and collaboration skills• Fluency in English.Responsibilities• Create, update, and maintain material master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with governance standards. • Collect, validate, and harmonize material data inputs from various stakeholders across the organization. • Perform regular data quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and handle maintenance requests in a timely manner. • Collaborate closely with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Production to support business needs and translate requirements into data solutions. • Contribute to standardization and improvement of MDM processes, proposing enhancements to increase efficiency and data quality. • Support the implementation of best practices for data governance and documentation. • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to other Master Data Specialists when needed. • Participate in projects related to SAP S/4HANA and data harmonization across business areas.The offer• Employment contract with stable working conditions.• Opportunities for professional development and skill growth.• Comprehensive onboarding and support from experienced team members.• Private medical care package.• Sports card.• Additional non-salary benefits aligned with company policy.
