fluency in English is a must, SAP experience, preferably experience implementing S/4 HANA in a financial, and already preferably insurance environment, strong track record of delivering projects in a large, complex environment, in a global Finance/Insurance, or regulated industry (5-7+ years), RISE, FSCD, TRM Treasury, BP Business Partner, FICO knowledge is a plus, strong management skills including project management, financial management, change management, and facilitation, excellent project planning, budget, scoping, costing, and scheduling ability, ability to build, and maintain a business relationship with stakeholders, proven ability to create meaningful reports, and summarise project health status for stakeholder presentations, ability to drive a mixture of functional, and geographic workstreams, and co-ordinate step change delivery to the business in a unified way, experience working with agile, and classic project management methods, experience in managing distributed teams, and able to work in a matrix setup, excellent communication, and presentation skills, ability to work independently in an international environment
