Opis stanowiska

Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Sales Executive, you will join Solidstudio's sales team, working directly with the Founder & CEO – Paweł Małkowiak. You will be responsible for driving software sales for electric vehicle charging network management, focusing on international markets, primarily in Western Europe and the USA.Acquiring new clients and developing relationships with existing ones.Presenting the product offering and tailoring solutions to client needs.Conducting negotiations and closing deals.Collaborating with the marketing team on lead generation.Reporting sales results in the CRM system.Analyzing competitors and market trends in the Western Europe region.Participating in industry trade shows and networking events.We are looking for someone who has:Experience in B2B software sales with an average deal size of around 1 million PLN – several years of experience in selling software solutions or working in the e-mobility sector.International sales experience – readiness to engage with executive-level clients in Western Europe and the USA.Fluent English proficiency – additional languages from Western Europe (e.g. German or French) are a plus.Project management skills – managing the sales process and involving technical teams at the right stages of client conversations.Willingness to travel internationally.In addition, it would be great to have:Broad knowledge of the e-mobility sector – understanding of key trends, stakeholders, and technological landscape.What We OfferAttractive compensation package including annual bonus and sales commission.Support in developing a personalized career path.3000 PLN annual training budget.Private healthcare.Well-equipped office near the city centre or option to work remotely.Multisport card.Recruitment ProcessAfter submitting your CV, we’ll invite you to a short initial call to verify basic info and learn about your expectations.The second stage is a practical task that will show you what your day-to-day work at Solidstudio will look like.Then a longer, in-depth interview to assess your domain knowledge with your future manager.Next, you’ll meet with our CEO, Paweł Małkowiak.The final step is an offer discussion – and hopefully, welcoming you to Solidstudio!
