Industry: TelecommunicationsWork model: 100% RemoteProject OverviewWe are looking for 4 Senior Salesforce Developers with 7+ years of commercial experience to join a long-term project in the telecommunications industry.The project is delivered in an international environment and focuses on the development of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, complex integrations, and the practical use of AI solutions within Salesforce.Responsibilities Development and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud based on business requirements Implementation of solutions using Lightning, Apex, and Flows in line with Salesforce best practices Design and implementation of integrations with various internal and external systems (with and without middleware) Active participation in the Salesforce development community, contributing to shared best practices Close collaboration with international teams, communicating in English on a daily basis Requirements (Must have) 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer Strong practical experience with: Lightning Development Apex Flows Practical experience using AI as part of development, e.g. Vibes or similar solutions Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud Hands-on experience with CloudSense Proven experience with integrations to diverse systems and external applications, both with and without middleware Solid understanding of Force.com APIs, integration patterns, and best practices Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and logically present solutions to complex challenges Fluent English at B2/C1 level (mandatory) Nice to have Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture Experience in designing and developing Open APIs Experience with AI and Machine Learning technologies, particularly within the Salesforce platform Experience with Data360 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working (Scrum Master experience is a plus) Previous experience in the telecommunications domain
