Shape technology and business solutions to deliver value to customers. Develop innovative digital products that address business challenges. Explore and incorporate new technologies into the current tech stack as needed. Collaborate with team members to implement user stories and improve product functionalities. Work with stakeholders to understand user needs for tailored digital products. Drive operations research improvements for the product. Key Requirements: BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field. 5+ years of backend development experience using Python and AWS. Proficient in architectural design, AWS infrastructure, and DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, Docker). Strong experience in creating RESTful APIs with Flask. Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM, TDD, and DDD methodologies. Ability to solve complex optimization problems. Strong analytical skills for translating business requirements into technical solutions. Effective communication skills for conveying technical insights to various stakeholders. Nice to Have: Curiosity and proactive approach toward improving software engineering capabilities.
