Work with stakeholders to understand user needs for tailored digital products. Drive operations research improvements for the product. Key Requirements: Strong experience in software development. Proven track record of modernizing legacy applications ideally in Python web frameworks and SQLAlchemy (rebuilding legacy code into golden standard architecture). Code quality and maintainability in regulated environments. Technical excellence and scalable architecture. Continuous improvement of technology infrastructure. BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field. 5+ years of backend development experience using Python and AWS. Proficient in architectural design, AWS infrastructure, and DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, Docker). Strong experience in creating RESTful APIs with Flask. Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM, TDD, and DDD methodologies. Ability to solve complex optimization problems. Strong analytical skills for translating business requirements into technical solutions. Effective communication skills for conveying technical insights to various stakeholders. Nice to Have: Curiosity and proactive approach toward improving software engineering capabilities.
