Each team operates semi-independently with clear ownership, modern tech stack, and strong engineering culture.As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer & Lead to join our team. Main Responsibilities·        Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 developers.·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.·        Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle - from concept to deployment.·        Drive technical excellence and ensure code quality across the team.·        Act as a key technical partner for client architects and product owners.·        Oversee day-to-day operations.·        Set and monitor team performance. Required·        Expertise in Java and Spring, Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns·        Experience with ORM tools (e.g., Entity Framework, nHibernate, Hibernate).·        Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch).·        CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).·        Cloud and DevOps experience: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.·        Experience in financial systems or regulated industries (nice to have)·        Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue (nice to have).·        Fluent in Polish and English.·        Must be located in Poland Agile Methodologies·        Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum.·        Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.·        Comfortable working in a corporate and financial environment. Soft Skills·        Strong ownership and accountability mindset·        Excellent communication and mentoring skills·        Ability to navigate complex corporate structures and influence decisions What we offer:·        Remote-first work model (occasional Warsaw meetings)·        Work in international teams (Poland, UK, US).
