We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our team and support the design, development, and maintenance of automated testing solutions for mobile and backend systems. If you enjoy working with modern tools, have experience building test automation frameworks, and want to grow in an international environment — we’d love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement automated test scripts for mobile and backend systems using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, and others.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and enable faster releases.Analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality software delivery.Work with stakeholders throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including approach, risk management, and project delivery.Complete assigned tasks on time and provide regular status updates.Skills and Attributes for SuccessWillingness to learn and continuously improve testing skills.Proactive attitude and a sense of ownership for deliverables.Openness to new working methods and diverse cultures.To Qualify for the Role, You Must HaveExperience and willingness to lead test efforts beyond automation tasks.3–7 years of experience in Test Automation.Proven experience building and managing test automation frameworks from scratch, including test automation architecture design.Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, test-driven development (TDD), and behavior-driven development (BDD).Hands-on expertise with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Rest Assured, etc.).Solid programming skills in C#, Java, or Python.Experience integrating test automation code with test management tools.English language skills sufficient for communication in globally distributed teams (B2+).Ability to occasionally travel to client locations.Ideally, You Will Also HaveFluency in German (minimum B2+).ISTQB Foundation certification.
