For Our Client from financial sector we are looking for an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer with Python (she/ he)Tasks:· Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, setting quality standards and best practices· Design and implement test strategies for Functional , regression and system integration testing· Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework· Build configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated testing· Manage code repositories and branching strategies using Bitbucket.· Collaborate with developers, data engineers and product teams to define test cases and ensure data quality across system· Perform root cause analysis of defects and implement preventive measures.· Drive adoption of automation first testing approach, improving regression test coverage and reducing release cycle time.· Ensure compliance with data quality standards (accuracy, comleteness, consistency, timeless).· Act as a team lead, overseeing workload distribution, conducting reviews and supporting professional development of junior team members. Requirements:· 5+ years of development experience with Python· 5+ years experience with database technologies· 5+ years experience with GIT· 3+ years experience with Robot Framework(mandatory) , Pytest(Good to have)· 3+ years experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins· Strong working experience with Linux and bash· Experience with containerization using Docker Nice to have· Knowledge of streaming and queues technologies e.g. KAFKA, IBM MQ, Rabbit MQ· Working knowledge of Devops
