Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A background in tax is not required or necessary. Strong candidates with the skills required, from backgrounds other than tax, will be considered., Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in  data analysis role with strong evidence of promoting innovation and efficiency by streamlining and standardizing business processes while leading others in an organization with similar operational scale and geographic footprint., Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP (or similar ERP systems), experience with data analytic tools and development & managing dashboards Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets., Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to interpret complex data, identify discrepancies, and propose process improvements., Communication: Strong people skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external authorities., Detail-Oriented & Organized: Capable of managing multiple deadlines across different jurisdictions., Language: Fluent in written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage.
