Opis stanowiska

Do you want to develop your career in IT and work in an international environment where you use English on a daily basis? We are looking for a Service Desk Agent who not only efficiently solves technical problems, but also knows how to build positive relationships with users.

Your skills

  • Fluent English
  • Experience in IT support environment
  • Basic knowledge of Windows (including CMD and Event Viewer most preferably) and popular software
  • Problem-solving approach and a customer-first mindset - be a pro!
  • Great communication skills and a team-player attitude - team work is dream work!
  • Willingness to work in shifts between 7 am - 6:30 pm (8 h) from the office in Wrocław
  • Familiarity with any ticketing tool would be a plus

Your tasks

  • Be the first point of contact for customers needing technical support — via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues with confidence - be the hero!
  • Manage and track service requests through our ticketing system - always on track!
  • Collaborate with our expert tech teams to resolve complex problems - be their right hand!
  • Keep customers informed and happy with timely updates and solutions - extremely rewarding!
