Summary:The role of ServiceNow System Administrator focuses on effectively managing the ServiceNow platform to ensure high performance, reliability, and usability while supporting the IT service environment.Responsibilities:Maintain daily operations and health of the ServiceNow platformMonitor performance and troubleshoot technical issuesApply patches, upgrades, and changes in a structured and documented wayManage user roles, groups, and permissionsEnsure data integrity and platform securityProvide technical support and training to end-usersCreate and maintain platform documentationGenerate reports and dashboards as neededKey Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field3+ years of experience in ServiceNow system administrationFamiliarity with ITIL best practicesGood command of JavaScript and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS)Fluent in English, both written and spokenServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is a plusStrong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven attitudeNice to Have:Exposure to automation or AI-related platform featuresBasic development capabilities or scripting experience
