The position covers the full project lifecycle: requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, and maintenance. The key focus areas include SharePoint Online and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including collaboration, process automation, and system integration services.Responsibilities Gather and analyze client requirements, collaborate with business teams Design solution architecture within Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Implement and configure SharePoint environments (Online and/or On-Premises) and related services Develop and maintain solutions — both through configuration and custom development Automate business processes using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Integrate systems using REST API, Azure services, ensuring security and governance Prepare documentation, provide user support, and ensure quality in an international environment Requirements At least 4–5 years of experience working with SharePoint (Online or On-Premises) Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365: administration, configuration, implementation Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Good command of English (B2+ / C1 level) Excellent communication and client-facing skills, ability to work remotely and collaboratively Nice to have Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience with system integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST API) Microsoft certifications (e.g. Power Platform Fundamentals, SharePoint, Microsoft 365) Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD tools for Microsoft 365
