This role is critical in bridging business and technology, ensuring seamless implementation of best-practice processes and system integrations across our omni-channel environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with operational and project teams to validate, test, and deploy SAP solutions.Support end-user testing, defect resolution with implementation partners, and cutover/data migration activities.Provide hypercare support post go-live and assist with troubleshooting ERP-related issues.Prepare and execute test plans/scripts; validate configurations and data migration accuracy.Analyze large datasets to ensure integrity during migration and recommend process improvements.Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder communication globally.Document processes, maintain technical references, and contribute to training materials.Required ExpertiseSAP S/4HANA experience in sales and payment reconciliations, POS integrations, omni-channel processes, and payment allocation.Strong understanding of B2C processes and related systems (OMS, POS).Experience with ERP rollouts .Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.ERP experience with tier one vendors, preferably SAP/Microsoft AX.Basic project management skills, including workshop facilitation.Medium/high level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).Preferred Qualifications3+ years in process management or ERP implementations.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence is a plus.
