As our new Social Media Specialist, your mission is to be the pulse of zondacrypto’s online presence. You will be responsible for the daily delivery of content, rapid-fire community engagement, and bringing small, innovative ideas to the table. If you're passionate about the social media and you want to see your work have an immediate impact, let's talk.Your responsibilities will include: 📢 Publishing and updating content daily (posts, images, videos) across all our social media channels to ensure consistent flow. 💬 Being the primary voice of zondacrypto by actively monitoring and responding to comments, DMs, and community conversations. 💡 Generating creative concepts for posts, visual assets, and small campaigns. 📊 Monitoring key metrics and using those insights to optimize your execution methods. 🤝 Ensuring our tone and visual identity are flawless across platforms. 🛠 In a fast-moving environment, you'll need to think on your feet to manage last-minute content needs. We are looking for someone with: ✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for brands - you understand the necessity of consistent content execution. ✅ Proven proficiency in using platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube, X, Telegram and TikTok. ✅ A natural problem solver who thrives on variety and hands-on work. ✅ Strong communication skills - you can craft compelling social media copy and engage effectively with our community. ✅ Proactive and adaptable - you jump into new tasks and learn platform nuances quickly. ✅ Interest and experience in crypto will be a plus.  ✅ Fluency in English and Polish.
