More than 5,000 employees in 33 countries help us develop the latest technologies in cloud solutions, survey and measurement.  Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Software Developer Engineer in Test (C#) to help us in the development of the office surveying next generation geospatial software.    Your main responsibilities  You are part of a cross-functional scrum team (not a dedicated QA team), and you work closely together with C# software developers and product engineers Test automation and software testing are your mission, and you need to establish a “Hands-on Test Automation” mindset in your scrum team to deliver working software every sprint You are responsible for introducing and implementing (in C#) an automation framework for infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to continuously ensure a high quality for our products by taking on responsibilities and presenting your own point of view in solution-oriented discussions You want to write code, develop test frameworks to test our Windows based software, instead of following test plans or testing manually Shape and improve the software testing processes and methods within a strongly growing industry You take ownership for introducing existing QA members to use automated frameworks Your qualifications  Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Solid experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test Experience with Git and CI-Systems, e.g. TeamCity Expert in test automation (System-, GUI-, integration tests) and testing desktop software Experience with python programming is an advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, ability to work in an international and distributed environment Very open personality, driving things, self-organized, pro-active, reliable, having a strong attitude to 'Getting things done' You are a team player in an agile environment (SCRUM) Additional University degree or university of applied science degree in Computer Science or equivalent is an advantage Good English language skills required (written and spoken) allowing effective work in multinational and globally spread teams.
