Software Development Team Leader (C#/.Net area)

Responsibilities:

  • Management and substantive support of the team (currently 5 developers)
  • Development and maintenance of IT products.
  • Cooperation with teams working on product development (Product Owner / Testers) - including working with task backlogs, organizing sprints, and managing change.
  • Implementing standards and best practices for software development and lifecycle management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing a development team and a minimum of 6-7 years of practical experience in software development (full software lifecycle).
  • Skills in organizing work in Agile methodology, task delegation, enforcing deadlines, and using tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
  • Experience in collaborating with Product Owners, Support Managers in the development and maintenance of IT products.
  • Experience in designing three-tier application architectures and integrated systems, ensuring performance and meeting security requirements.
  • Practical knowledge of implementing CI/CD processes.
  • Practical familiarity and experience in programming in C#, .Net Core, EntityFramework, JavaScript frameworks, Angular, SOAP/REST technologies.
  • Knowledge of MSSQL databases.
  • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
