Minimum 8 years as software developer, ideally in an enterprise environment., Experience in leading the development team, e.g. As a scrum master or people manager., Experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles and standards., Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines., Experience working in an Agile development methodology., Experience in developing distributed systems in a microservices architecture., Strong experience in Java and JVM languages., Experience in using relational databases (e.g. MySQL) and non-relational datastores (e.g. Elasticsearch, parquet files)., Awareness of the OWASP top ten and other security considerations for micro-services and web applications., Understanding and exposure to JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Jenkins, Gradle, Artifactory., Experience with working in a continuous integration environment (preferably with Jenkins) and containerized (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) technologies., Excellent personal organizational and prioritization skills., Nice to have experience in Scala and Apache Spark., Nice to have knowledge of financial industry practices, regulations and operations.
