Software Engineer (Support/Maintenance) – Gdańsk. Utrzymanie i wsparcie systemów produkcyjnych, naprawy kodu, onboarding klientów, rozwiązywanie incydentów, dokumentacja i automatyzacja. Wymagane: doświadczenie w wsparciu technicznym, programowanie (Java, Node.js, Shell, C/C++), Git, CI/CD, AWS, monitoring (ELK, Splunk, CloudWatch), angielski B2+.
Experience in a technical support or software engineering role with exposure to production environments., Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across web services, APIs, and backend systems., Ability to read and write scripts in languages such as Java, Node.js, Shell, C/C++., Familiarity with version control systems like Git and basic CI/CD processes., Ability to make code changes to keep code compliant., Exposure to compliance or security standards is a plus., Real-world experience with AWS., Very good English language knowledge (B2+), written and spoken, Experience supporting internal operations or enterprise client delivery teams, Familiarity with monitoring/logging stacks (e.g., ELK, Splunk, CloudWatch), Understanding of incident response and change management processes
