You’ll help senior leaders and program managers make smarter decisions by providing accurate, timely, and insightful reporting on the project portfolio.What you’ll do:Design, build, and manage reporting solutions using large datasetsUse Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, complex formulas) to deliver weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reportsCreate and maintain dashboards to track project portfolio performanceCollaborate with the PMO team to identify process improvements and automation opportunitiesSupport tools like Clarity PPM and SharePoint for project management and reportingEnsure compliance with reporting cycles and quality check all data and dashboardsAssist with resource management, financial tracking and project planning as needed
