You will be responsible for designing and building high-quality catalogue items, forms, workflows, and flows - ensuring usability, clarity, and smooth operational performance.Role and ResponsibilitiesDesigning and creating new ServiceNow forms, workflows, and flows, including option-based formsConfiguring catalogue items, variables, approvals, and related logicTroubleshooting and resolving catalogue-related issuesEnsuring high-quality presentation (user-friendly descriptions, adding images, clear formatting)Managing your workload independently and prioritizing tasks effectivelyCollaborating with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and finalize requirements
