Your key responsibilities Work as a Java Senior Developer to contribute in various streams of implementation in Insurance projects  Collaborate with agile team members to achieve project and client goals   Analysing requirements and translating business requirements into designs   coding, testing, debugging and documenting software applications  Provide leadership and guidance to other technical professionals  Skills and attributes for success  Excellent knowledge of Java supported by 6+ years of professional experience  Familiar with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA and Maven  Cloud knowledge/experience -> AWS/Azure Knowledge/experience with Kafka or other message broker High communication skills Problem solving and independence mindset Hands on experience working with REST and SOAP web services  Very good knowledge of SQL and one of database engines  Excellent knowledge of Git    To qualify for the role, you must have  Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification  2+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position  Demonstrable experience of Java and frameworks commonly used in Java projects  Strong communication skills  Kafka is must have
