The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with SAM Pro, strong data quality discipline, and the ability to work independently in a structured, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, software compliance, and alignment with cybersecurity and governance requirements. You can start on the very beginning on January 2026!Key ResponsibilitiesData Deduplication & CleaningIdentify, review, and resolve duplicate software asset records in ServiceNow SAM Pro (publishers, products, vendors, software models).Improve data accuracy and consistency across the SAM repository.Contract & Catalogue MaintenanceCreate and maintain software contract records.Configure and manage ServiceNow catalogue items.Entitlement OnboardingUpload, validate, and reconcile software entitlements in ServiceNow SAM Pro.Ensure proper mapping between entitlements, software models, publishers, and associated contracts.NormalizationStandardize software titles and publisher names.Apply best practices in software model normalization.Cybersecurity Review SupportIdentify freeware titles not yet assessed by Cybersecurity.

Kogo poszukujemy? Required Skills & Experience:3–5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro (including software models, entitlements, normalization, and discovery data review).Strong understanding of the Software Asset Management lifecycle and entitlement management.Experience configuring and maintaining ServiceNow catalogue items.Knowledge of software governance, compliance, and risk management processes.Familiarity with cybersecurity processes as they relate to software assets.
