It contains training, tools, and insights service owners and employees need to tick off their legal obligations, manage company personnel, schedulling, set and achieve company goals, provide all the necessary tools, training, and insights.We expect candidates to be located in Poland.Responsibilities:Owning end-to-end delivery of React Native features for the client’s core productMaking key technical decisions in collaboration with the team, ensuring alignment with architecture, coding guidelines, security and quality gatesApplying an AI-first development approachTaking direct ownership of GraphQL integration on mobile: designing and evolving queries and, when needed, implementing backend changesEnsuring high reliability and performance of the mobile appDriving testing and release excellenceCollaborating closely with product, design and backend teams

Kogo poszukujemy? 5+ years of hands-on experience building, testing and deploying React Native applications for both iOS and AndroidExtensive JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge and deep understanding of the React Native ecosystemExperience with Jest and React Native Testing Library for unit/integration tests, and Detox or Maestro for E2E testingPractical experience with GraphQL for mobile applicationsAbility to take ownership of complex features and make informed trade-offsDemonstrated AI-first mindset in day-to-day work, including regular, structured use of agentic AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Devin AI, Copilot Agent) and/or local LLMsNative build tools and pipelinesPublishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (full end-to-end process)API development experience for mobile GraphQL servicesExperience collaborating in an AgileEnglish at upper-intermediate level or higherNice to have:Deeper GraphQL/backend experience, ideally with C# or .NET-based GraphQL serversProven use of AI for non-trivial tasks (feature scaffolding, large-scale refactoring, test suites, documentation, static checks, workflow automation)Design effective promptsExperience configuring local LLMs, custom MCP servers/internal AI agentsWeb/full-stack experience with Node.js and React
