fluency in English (C1), 5+ years of experience as a software developer/architect with a strong grasp of the software development life cycle, clean coding, OO principles, and agile/DevOps practices, proven expertise in enterprise, service-based, and cloud architectures, with a successful project track record, solid programming experience in Python and hands-on experience with REST/SOAP interfaces and databases (MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres), strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (e.g. Scale Sets, Kubernetes, Storage, Service Bus, APIM) and experience with Terraform and automation of operational processes, experience with security tooling and concepts, including Microsoft Defender, certificate management, secure intake flows (PGP/TLS/SSH), and OAuth2‑based authentication, practical experience with observability and reporting solutions such as DataDog (dashboards, alerting, incident automation) and Power BI for customer‑facing reports, strong stakeholder management capabilities, analytical and problem‑solving mindset, and the ability to explain complex technical topics to non‑technical audiences​, expertise in Seeburger BIS or other MFT solutions and experience integrating MFT into enterprise applications, knowledge of message broker architectures and their integration with MFT and enterprise systems
