Proven experience in a PMO environment or in a role with strong project management components (approx. 3 years, depending on seniority level), Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on measurable outcomes., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and senior management in an international environment., A proactive, results-oriented mindset – capable of identifying improvement opportunities and driving process optimization within the PMO framework., Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and proficiency in using PMO tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Power BI.
