Summary
This individual will lead product development programs from initial concept definition through full production release. Projects will have impact on customers’ and Drives profitability and sales goals. The individual will have responsibilities in managing project teams involving members from all disciplines including Industrial Design, Electrical, Mechanical, Software engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, and marketing.
Responsibilities
The work scope will include documentation and management of schedules and development plans as well as regularly reporting status in written and oral form to Drive and customer management. Individuals in this position will work on a wide variety of tasks ranging in complexity from moderate to high level. The level of responsibility in this position is high. Those in this category can be expected to have responsibility for high level decision making on a large sized project. Sr. Program Managers in this position are routinely expected to direct the work of program staff in many disciplines. These individuals are expected to contribute to improving Drive’s New Product Process

Pursuant to New York law, Drive Medical provides a salary range in job advertisements. The salary range for this role is $120,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors such as the applicant’s experience, specialization, education, as well as the company’s requirements. The provided salary range does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits which may be offered to the applicant, if eligible according to the company’s policies.
