Key Responsibilities:As the O2I SME, you will be the key link between business operations and technical delivery. Your work will include:Partnering with global project & operational teams to validate, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA solutions.Supporting end-user testing, managing defects, and collaborating with implementation partners.Participating in cutover planning, data migration validation, and go-live preparation.Delivering hypercare support and troubleshooting ERP issues after deployment.Preparing and executing test plans/scripts, reviewing configurations, and ensuring data accuracy.Leading or supporting workshops, communicating with stakeholders across regions.Documenting processes and contributing to training materials and knowledge base creation.What we are looking for:You’ll be a strong fit if you have solid hands-on experience and are comfortable taking responsibility for your own workstream.Key Requirements:Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA in Order Management, O2I, replenishment, and intercompany billing.Solid understanding of supply chain processes and related systems (OMS, WMS, TMS).Hands-on experience in ERP rollouts, ideally global or multi-site.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work comfortably with diverse stakeholder groups.Experience with tier-one ERP vendors (preferably SAP or Microsoft AX).Workshop facilitation and basic project management capabilities.Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Nice to Have:3+ years in process management or ERP implementation roles.Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
