Supply Chain Associate, Events ForecastingLocation: Kraków/Katowice with the option for remote workResponsibilities Creates North American national and regional food promotion forecasts based on historical data and marketing information, along with accompanying materials.Develops and strengthens business relationships with other HAVI departments in Headquarters in North America and in Ops Center in Katowice.Supports the North American team in their account management responsibilities including but not limited to Food Service Client’s Business Intelligence organization.Works with events supply planners on root cause/post promotion analysis.Performs analysis for spontaneous assignments such as post-promotion evaluations and halo/cannibalization assessments.Monitors performance of the forecasts, makes recommendations for improvements, works with cross functional teams to generate learnings to apply to forecasts.Communicates the event forecast output and the methodologies to internal stakeholders. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance or similar).Familiarity or training in Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint).Training or experience with SQL is preferred.Experience with/training in a statistical software (R, Python or similar) is a plus.Ability to manage and prioritize different tasks, effectively balance priorities, and be accepting of ambiguity.Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to solve problems and come up with alternative solutions.
