Support Specialist (SQL) – obsługa techniczna zgłoszeń klientów, triage i rozwiązywanie problemów aplikacji, kontakt z klientem, praca w systemie kolejkowym, zapewnianie SLA, udział w spotkaniach i dyżurach. Wymagane: SQL (SELECT‑INSERT‑UPDATE‑DELETE), SQL Server, SSRS/SSIS, znajomość Zendesk, ITIL, biegła angielska (min. B2).
Experience with SQL, including writing queries (e.g., SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE), troubleshooting database issues, understanding relational concepts (joins, indexes, constraints), and ensuring data integrity, Ability to write and optimize SQL queries, Analytical thinking with the ability to quickly understand and resolve complex problems, Structured and solution-oriented approach, even under pressure, Proficiency in English (min. B2 level) - both spoken and written form, Time management skills, Advanced SQL skills (e.g., stored procedures, triggers, performance optimization) are not mandatory but would be a plus, Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and Zendesk, Experience in IT support and familiarity with ITIL processes
