University degree related to sustainability, agricultural sciences, food technology, ecotrophology, industrial engineering, or similar fields., Several years of professional experience in raw material sourcing, supplier development, or product development – ideally with a sustainability focus., Familiarity with ESG criteria and carbon/climate footprint methodologies (CCF/PFC)., Experience in developing or implementing sustainability reports (e.g. according to GRI, DNK, CSRD)., Strong communication skills, structured working style, and team-oriented mindset – with the ability to make sustainability tangible., Good level of English. German is a nice to have., Flexibility for onsite work (at least 5 days per month).
