university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar qualification, 4+ years of experience in a comparable role, strong experience in Windows Server Administration, (IIS, certificate management, PowerShell) and MS SQL Server Basic Linux (RHEL) experience is a plus, solid understanding of TM1 / Cognos Planning Analytics architecture, including TM1 Server components, Cognos integration, database structures, data transfers, and ETL processes, ability to support API‑based integrations (.NET Framework / .NET Core) and R environments (R scripts, R APIs), hands‑on knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, ITSM/CMDB tools such as ServiceNow, and vulnerability remediation, familiarity with VMware Cloud Foundation and virtualized infrastructure operations, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for global, hybrid team environments, and a proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions, ability to work independently, stay productive under pressure, and learn new technologies quickly
