Opis stanowiska

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York Part time, 2 days per week. In this role, you will lead the full cycle recruiting process, ensuring the identification and onboarding of top-tier talent. Your expertise in sourcing, corporate recruiting, and talent branding will be pivotal in building a strong workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to onboarding.

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies tailored to business needs.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts.

• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future openings.

• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Promote the company’s employer brand to attract diverse and skilled professionals.

• Analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, corporate recruiting, and full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong ability to source and engage candidates through various platforms and methods.
• Expertise in developing effective talent branding initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
