bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CTA) preferred, leadership/people management capabilities, 5+ years of relevant experience in statutory reporting and tax compliance, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment, strong understanding of international (Europe) tax principles and tax compliance requirements., experience working with ERP systems (SAP) and Statutory & Tax reporting tools (Workiva), solid knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP (e.g., US GAAP, UK GAAP, etc.), excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural team environment., proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional European language (Spanish, Italian, French, Greek, Dutch/Flemish, Danish, German, Czech, Slovak, Lithuanian, Bulgarian, Hungarian and Romanian) is preferred
