Summary: Our client is looking for an experienced Tech Agile Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of complex, high-impact technology initiatives built on Microsoft Dynamics and Azure DevOps. This role is suited for professionals who are comfortable operating in enterprise-scale environments, influencing senior stakeholders, and taking full ownership of delivery outcomes.You will work at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring teams deliver reliably, predictably, and to a high standard in an agile setting.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Agile delivery of initiatives involving Microsoft Dynamics platforms.Drive delivery governance, planning, and execution using Azure DevOps as the primary delivery and tracking tool.Coach and guide cross-functional teams on Agile and Scrum best practices.Partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to align priorities, scope, and timelines.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and impediments.Track and report delivery progress to senior stakeholders.Ensure compliance with delivery standards, governance, and quality expectations.Key Requirements:Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM / CE / Customer Service / Sales).Solid working knowledge of Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.Nice to Have:Prior experience in banking or financial services environments.Experience delivering large-scale CRM or digital transformation programs.Location & Hybrid ModelKraków – up to 5 days per month onsiteWarsaw – up to 5 days per month onsiteOutside Kraków/Warsaw – up to 3 days per quarter onsiteContract Details12-month B2B contractStrong possibility of extensionLong-term, stable engagement within a global enterprise environment
