Join Netguru, and let's build beautiful software together.Salary ranges:PLN 14 000 - 23 500 monthly gross (Contract of employment).PLN 16 800 - 28 200 monthly before tax (Long-term contract (B2B)) + 20 paid days off.Tasks & Responsibilities:Define and maintain the technical vision for assigned projects and stack practice.Make architectural and technology stack decisions aligned with long-term strategy.Enforce coding standards, best practices, and engineering excellence.Manage technical debt – identify, prioritise, and oversee resolution.People Management of up to 12 people.Provide direct line management for developers: 1:1s, performance reviews, career planning, salary input.Mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Participate in recruitment and ensure effective onboarding for new hires.Support presales processes with technical expertise, including high-level designs, architecture proposals, and highlighting potential risks and challenges.Decompose business requirements into technical deliverables and support accurate estimations.Promote innovation by monitoring trends and recommending relevant solutions.Contribute to department-wide discussions on technologies and ways of working, providing input on efficiency, optimization, and best practices.Strengthen client trust and satisfaction (NPS) by ensuring high technical quality and timely delivery.Requirements6+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with strong expertise in ReactSolid knowledge of frontend system design and architectureExperience with additional frontend technologies (e.g. React Native, Angular, Flutter, or native mobile development)Proven experience in at least one additional technical area:Backend development (Node.js or Python), orMachine Learning / AI, orDevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Azure or AWS)Previous people leadership experience, including coaching, providing feedback, and conflict resolutionStrong communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholdersDemonstrated decision-making ability and proactive problem-solving mindsetAbility to balance business constraints with technical excellenceExcellent written and spoken English (C1+)Nice-to-have:Experience with headless architectures and related technologies, such as CMS (e.g. Strapi), e-commerce platforms (Medusa, Saleor), system design tools (Storybook), or modern storefront solutionsBenefitsAccess to the WorkSmile platform offering benefits adapted to your preferences:Multisport card,Private health insurance package,Life insurance,And hundreds of other options to choose from 15 categories (shopping, leisure, travel, food, etc.).Discounts on Apple products.Performance Bonus.Various internal initiatives: webinars, knowledge-sharing sessions, .20 paid days off.
