About the roleWe are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive the technical direction of cloud-native services enabling secure, just-in-time access to multi-cloud environments. You will lead a cross-functional R&D team responsible for building, scaling, and productizing distributed microservices.Responsibilities Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design of distributed microservices (Python / AWS). Drive architectural decisions around event-driven systems, scalability, reliability, and security. Lead and mentor an R&D team, setting high engineering standards. Stay hands-on: contribute to backend development and support frontend work when needed (React). Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred) and promote automation. Work closely with other Tech Leads and Architects to ensure technical alignment. Requirements 7+ years of software engineering experience. 3+ years in a Tech Lead / Engineering Team Lead role. Strong production experience with Python and AWS. Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, and relational databases (SQL). Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Strong communication and leadership skills. AWS serverless (Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions). React experience. Strong communication and leadership skills.
