8+ years of relevant experience in technical accounting / financial reporting in a complex, regulated environment., Insurance industry experience is essential., Strong track record in finance change programmes, system implementations, or finance process transformation., Solid understanding of data governance concepts, controls, and the operational impact of system/data changes., Experience working with enterprise finance systems (e.g., Oracle, Tagetik, SAP BusinessObjects or similar)., Able to translate accounting/reporting needs into technical requirements and testing scenarios., Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented; comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities., Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, Actuarial, IT and external partners., Excellent English (written and spoken)., Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) are welcome.
