Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years in Identity & Access Management., Knowledge of IAM for personal and service accounts, differences between privileged and non-privileged accounts, and Human vs System-to-System access., Understanding of IAM technologies, database structures, and API usage., Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies., Proven ability to document requirements, excellent communication and facilitation skills., Technical proficiency with Active Directory, LDAP, UNIX, iSeries, and databases., Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) – security certifications (CISM, CISA) are a plus., At least 2 years of experience developing ServiceNow applications.
