As a Technical Customer Engineer, you will act as a technical partner for enterprise customers using our IoT platform. Our platform is built around the LwM2M standard, a global protocol for secure, large-scale IoT device management, used in smart metering, utilities, and industrial applications. Your role is to help customers successfully deploy, operate and scale their solutions, while ensuring they get real value from the technology.This role combines solid technical skills with daily, hands-on collaboration with customers. You will translate complex technical topics into clear guidance and help customers navigate real production challenges.Key responsibilitiesPlan and organize your work based on project priorities, incoming tickets, and assigned tasks, taking ownership of customer issues.Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize IoT solutions to meet client-specific requirements, analyzing issues end-to-end, asking follow-up questions, and escalating only when necessary.Guide customers through PoCs, rollouts, and production, including LwM2M deployments, and support them in configuring and using the platform effectively.Maintain customer-facing technical documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting workflows, and project-related materials.Deliver training and workshops, helping customers understand the platform and adopt best practices.Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, collecting feedback to inform product improvements and support processes.Once you are fully onboarded and confident in your responsibilities, you will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation – this is an additional paid opportunity.
